Liberty Aviation Services, Inc. has a modern fleet of Robinson helicopters available for hire.
Robinson R-22 Two Place
Superior performance, outstanding reliability, and exceptional value have made the two-place R22 the world's most popular entry-level helicopter for nearly two decades. More than 3,200 R22 helicopters have been delivered to 60 countries around the globe. The R22 holds every performance record in its class including speed, altitude, and distance.
For these reasons we at Liberty Aviation Services, Inc feel that the Robinson R-22 helicopter is ideal for helicopter pilot training and charter. The reliable Lycoming O-320 series engine powers the R-22. The 4-cylinder, air-cooled engine produces 160 horsepower but is derated to 124 HP. The R-22 has a maximum speed of 118 MPH and with adequate fuel and two people will cruise at 100 MPH for about 3.5 hours.
ROBINSON R-44 Raven FOUR PLACE
The R-44 is powered by the reliable Lycoming O-540 series engine. The six-cylinder, air-cooled engine produces 260 horsepower but is derated to 205 HP. The R-44 has a maximum speed of 142 MPH.
